The Issue
Bressman Law was made aware of a mold outbreak at an Ohio State University dorm. The firm's partners were looking to make students impacted (and their parents) aware via a marketing campaign.
The Ideation
We felt that Ohio State students impacted by this issue wouldn't be doing Google searches, as they may not be aware of potential compensation. We felt Meta would be a great channel, considering we could target OSU students and their parents.
The Turnaround
Since this was a timely event, with the media running stories locally, quick turnaround time was key. We had all creative, targeting, lead generation setup, and tracking setup within 72 hours.
The Outcome
The leads generated became named plaintiffs in Jack Barga, et al. v. The Ohio State University, filed in the Ohio Court of Claims by Bressman Law in partnership with Just Well Law.
