What started out as a two person operation with siblings Jason and Stefanie has evolved into having an experienced and skilled team that help clients deliver results.
Jason Parks has scaled The Media Captain into a leading marketing and web design firm, working with hundreds of clients nationwide across many industries. Jason is a trusted expert in the marketing space. He’s been a contributor for Entrepreneur.com, Ohio State’s Fisher School of Business, and quoted in many well-known publications, such as the New York Times, Columbus Dispatch, Forbes & Search Engine Watch. In addition to launching The Media Captain, Jason is the Co-Founder and Partner of DermWarehouse, an eCommerce skincare business with 400,000+ customers.

Stefanie Parks is the Co-Founder of The Media Captain. She’s a true expert with eCommerce, email marketing, user experience, and paid advertisements. Stefanie has helped shape our business structure and organization through internal processes. In 2016, Stefanie took a step back from The Media Captain to launch and grow our in-house eCommerce brand, DermWarehouse. After systematizing this business, she returned to her roots to continue with management responsibilities for The Media Captain.

Development
With her extensive WordPress experience, Michelle has spearheaded hundreds of successful site launches. She’s familiar with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify. She also oversees our hosting process.
Erica is a project manager for our development projects. She ensures that our development clients stay organized and projects move along smoothly. Erica is well-versed in SEO, allowing clients to have a well-optimized site upon launch.
Zaki is an advanced WordPress developer who supports The Media Captain’s client projects. Zak can communicate strongly with clients, get needed information, and bring their vision to life.
Austin helps with custom WordPress and WooCommerce projects that require out-of-the-box solutions. There are a few things Austin can’t tackle when it comes to complex WordPress requirements.
Design
Katie is responsible for each brand’s identity. She handles logo creation wireframes, mock-ups, social graphics, and other creative. She also assists with front-end development. She will take your vision and exceed your expectations in bringing your creative to life.
Administrative
Lori helps with client onboarding, billing, scheduling, and other important behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure our day-to-day is smooth sailing. Lori is the facilitator when you have a question and need to be connected with the right team member.
