- A reduced rate of $150 per hour applies if we exceed the initial project estimate

- This baseline price is the minimum project cost and will not decrease, even if we complete work faster than anticipated
- 95% of our projects are completed within the baseline pricing due to our accurate estimation process
- If the project requires more time than estimated, we’ll charge the reduced rate ($150/hour) for additional hours
Transparency
- You’ll have access to our time-tracking system throughout the project to see the pages completed, time spent and where we’re trending
- Our team will proactively notify you if the project is trending to exceed the original estimate
Content Creation
- Creating new, SEO-optimized content for each page is not included in the standard pricing
- Content creation services are available at our standard rate of $175/hour
- This includes interviewing your team and writing professional content for your site
- If you already have content or plan to write it yourself, migration and formatting are included in the standard pricing
Website Hosting
- While not required, we recommend our managed hosting service for optimal performance and support
- Our hosting packages include daily backups, regular plugin updates, and security monitoring
- Hosting pricing depends on the size of your site along with other factors
- Clients who host with us receive priority support and maintenance assistance
- You’re welcome to use your existing hosting if preferred
