  • Get integrated into our email and text messaging platform
  • Simply upload your customers’ contact information to the dashboard, and it will send text messages and email automations
  • We ask your customers to rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 10. If they rate below an 8, it will prompt them to a customer service questionnaire, allowing you to learn and improve upon the experience. Above an 8, and it will direct them directly to the review platform, such as Google.
